Are there any Beth Hart fans out here?
I downloaded her new album "37 days" a few days ago and it totally rocks.
Especially the song called "Sick", it's awesome.
I don't get it why she's bigger here in Holland than in America. She's got such a powerful voice. I love all of her albums. Hope to see here live someday.

    yeah she had a song back in 2000 from her second record called "LA Song" that was really good. i listened to that record quite often when i worked at a local record shop. haven't heard much from her since although i saw at Best Buy she put out another couple of albums.

    if this isn't the same person i just wasted about 2 minutes of my life.

    Yess i think she's great. Really like her voice. Im going to her show in october when she's in Groningen (holland that is):D

    I saw her play as a guest with Michael Franti and Spearhead at the 9:30 Club in DC. What a firey voice as she sang "Yes I Will" back in 2004. A great performer in deed with a voice that reminds me Janis J.

    And, if nothing else, I'm just glad that she's still alive because she easily could not be. Talent and skill and raw passion and power and songwriting piano playing...I don't know what God was thinking when he created her. Musically she's a raw, open nerve, shamlessly real and absolutely beautiful in letting everyone see it. I have her studio albums, her live album and her live DVD and shs'e definitely one of those artists that America should be ashamed of for not being aware of. I could go on about her and I'm inclined to but you get my drift.

    Same problem here!! But that doesn't keep me from going!! Okay its way more fun with some friends but damn.. not going is not an option!!

    I think she is amazing. Incredible voice...currently enjoying the live CD...mind blowing.

    After cancelling the 2 shows at Jimmies, I just saw her Friday night at The Knitting Factory. She opened with "Face Forward" and it was on from there.

    I cannot get enough of seeing her live and knowing that voices like that really do exist outside of recording studios.

    I still haven't seen her play live. I've heard she has to cancel a lot of shows because of voice problems.
    Maybe next year. A friend of mine is willing to come with me.
