Well, it's not that close :)
Interested? Ever been? I haven't been before, but I've always wanted to see Mofro live- was kind of hoping that they would be at the Roo.

I was thinking about volunteering for this one- never have done it before, so I figured this could be a trial run. Let me know if you're interested.

I saw the HORDE Festival in '97 & '98 at the same location. Enjoyed the vibe, but it's not the kind of venue that will blow you away. I'd be interested to see what the Wanee folks do with it.

I've seen MOFRO and they are awesome. JJ is a really nice guy the times I've gotten to talk to him, as well. The rest of the line-up looks a bit like Bonnaroo's baby third cousin. I'd go, but I wouldn't put it high on my priority list either.

Langerado's more attractive to me (though not sure if I can do it).

Cool, I've never been, so maybe I'll check it out- and I agree, it does resemble Roo a lot. Maybe I'll treat it like a trial run for June.

Yeah, the Langerado people never got back to me. I emailed them twice. I guess they don't need anymore volunteers.
