I have no problem with that price.
I'd probably pay $750 if it were in my town.
I'd pay $450 if I had to travel.

Can you see me now
I am myself
Like you somehow
I'll ride the wave
Where it takes me
I'll hold the pain
Release me
there's a link at the top right of that page to an interview with Plant - he said its just the one date, but he also seemed pretty enthused with the whole thing so you never know. He says the band sound great, and he's really enjoying it, so why not tour?

I swear, I gotta get into the scalping market..
Just imagine, a few bastard touts are bound to get hold of some (unless there is a 10c style system, which would be great!).
Wonder how much they'll be lookin for??
p.s. I heard Robert on the radio, and he swears there will be no tour. Just the one off, no tour, no bullshit, and he sounded pretty convincing. So don't get your hopes up.
Guess again - when the Stones played at the Astoria a few years ago, tickets went for £3000+.
These will be more.
But if you're thinking about scalping, I think you've got better odds on winning the lottery...
No! id much rather harp on the fact that their time is past.
God forbid they do a charity show to honor a man they greatly admired.
I wouldn't give a fuck if it was 500 american dollars...I'd be in. Zeppelin? Fuck yeah.
I just hope they release a DVD and CD of the show. I'll never be able to get to London to see them, but I'd gladly plop down $20 or so for the DVD.
From what I've read, there are currently no plans to webcast, broadcast, or record and package this performance.
Sure, bootlegs will probably surface. But wouldn't you want to see/hear this in ALL its glory? Of course you would. That's why you'd pay for it...
Here's hoping the powers change their minds.

And if Pink Floyd ever got everyone back together, I'd pay $1000 to sit on the lawn and watch them.
It's the whole supply/demand thing in its purest form. Zeppelin concerts are in short supply and high demand. Some people say $250 is too much. Others think it's a steal. I'm in the latter group.
$250 is standard for these "classic" bands
anybody remember cream @$400 a ticket
thats how it will be

I'd probably be trying to go if I hadn't seen them at Earl's Court in '75 when I was a wee slip of a girl. Lol. As it is, I think I'd rather keep that memory intact.

I am sure it will be professionaly recorded. If it's not it will be the first time in poplular music history that such a huge event isn't covered. Think about it
Woodstock was filmed, Beatles at Shea was filmed, THIS will be filmed.
