To the 2 people who keep sending private messages about this band. This post is for you. I am glad I have turned you on to a new band that you truly enjoy and that you find challenging. I wish others would give this group a chance. Everyone wants to talk about cornell, but I am glad you gave this a group a try and appreciate how talented this band really is. Your welcome.

    If I have to be subjected to any more wasteful, pop punk drivel from the sad excuse of a band named Coheed and Cambria, I will gladly look forward to having someone pour poison in one or both of my ears. Maybe it is because I am in a retched mood but being force fed something people actually consider music into my head by a group of talentless teens playing on their parent's musical instruments is something I would not relish on the finest of autumn days. The vocals sound like a midget getting choked by helium and I instantly want to jam pens in my ears so I can save my brains from melting and oozing out.

    Here’s how it is: either Coheed & Cambria are sinister Dadaist anti-art crusaders bent on destroying rock from the inside, or they put mermaids and centaurs and tentacle monsters in their video because they earnestly thought it would be cool. Pick one. They’re either evil or they’re huge idiot nerds.

    Hey, here’s something I don’t get: all new CDs cost pretty much the same amount, right? In fact, many fine older albums get price reductions down to ten bucks or so. So my point is, Coheed & Cambria records are no cheaper than good records. I could almost understand listening to a song like “The Suffering” if it only cost like two bucks to buy the CD: “I’d love to listen to good music, but who can afford it?” People are basically ripping themselves off.

    That was the best thing ever. :D

    It seems I should have pm them back. Oh well, I didn't think it would stir up this much controversy. Its said their is so much hatred towards people on this board. If you don't like them, why waste your time with hateful comments. Ed was right about the world.

    It's nothing to do with hate for the band. Most of the people here who are saying they are shit were probably totally indifferent to them before you started up 7 or 8 threads on them. This is NOT how you use a message board. Just stop it, please. All you have achieved, besides these 2 people you say messaged you, is make people here resent the band as a result of having them rammed down our throats in your gratuitously abundant threads on the subject. ONE thread would have sufficed, honestly.
