16 Second Stare is this great new bands that I know all TRUE Pearl Jam fans can appreciate. I love PJ but 16 Second Stare is real good to and they know how to rock it. Their album "Red Carpet Material" is too good to pass up. Check them out and I know you'll agree. Let me know what you think!
