Mother May I - Splitsville

I bought this cd when I was 8 years old in 1996. I still own that very copy...I discovered this band on an old NBA music video tape (i know, lame as hell)...and then later I discovered there cd in a used cd store. They're called Mother May I and all I've ever been able to dig up on them is that they have this one album called 'Splitsville'

anyways, they're just some out of nowhere 'garage grunge' band that apparently never got too big?
I've known of these guys for years, anyone else familiar with this band?
