DBT in Omaha

Anyone going? I saw them in Iowa City in October, for the Dirt Underneath and it blew my mind. It was an acoustic show, as opposed to a rock show, and it was absolutely fantastic. However, I'm very excited to see them on a Rock Show night. BTCD has been spinning in my car since it was released and I'm excited to hear a healthy dose of those songs, now that I'm more familiar with them. DBT is, in my humble opinion, the best band out there right now.

I agree on all of your points, Brother....."The Dirt Underneath" was my fifth DBT show since learning about them in 2005....and it was best, not that the "Rock shows" were ever lacking. Luckily, I got to see/hear a number of new songs during the two dates that I caught back in the fall....great stuff. Didn't get to hear Shonna sing lead, yet...but that's coming.

Omaha is a bit of a hike for me to consider.

Haven't decided yet.....have to work around my school schedule....Nashville, Memphis or Huntsville, Al are possibilities. Just saw that Patterson has a solo date in Atlanta on April 17.

Has anyone here seen a show at the Slowdown before? We're making the trip from Des Moines, and were wondering if it's close enough to downtown/Old Market to hit those areas up pre show, granted it isn't as god damn cold as it is today :P
