This song is definitely about emotionless sex, probably with a prostitute. Considering the "Writhing under a red light" lyric. "Siamese Twins" refers to the couple engaging in intercourse. It probably has some other meaning as well, considering that her reason for choosing such a profession is probably related to a drug problem, where as his reason for having sex with her is to satisfy a sex addiction. They are one in the same.
