TOOL, porltand last night

Anyone else go?

I have to say that I was pretty disappointed. Maynard didn't appear to be into it at all and his vocals were a bit off. Danny was amazing as usual.
I saw them last year at the gorge and it was amazing this show to me was just a bit boring.

    The everett show was amazing rember that maynard had a viral infection to his throat so that may be why. Got a signed poster though so it was great i do agree that gorge show was probly better then the everett one.

    Wasn't it pretty much the same show as the Gorge show? :confused:

    Every time I saw them after 10,000 Days came out was pretty dissapointing. I feel bad for any new fans who didn't get a chance to see them on the Lat tour....it's like night and day.

    Danny is always good, but Maynard is losing his voice.

    Honestly, I'm just waiting for Adam to start something else. I'd be very interested in anything he does.

    yeah, Adam has always been my favorate from the group, and I can't wait to see what he does after Tool. I'm sure it'll be creepy and weird!
    One more Tool album and I'll be content. I just don't think Maynard is into it anymore.

    The sound quality seemed a lot better at the gorge show. Maynard really didnt seem into. Like on rosetta stoned at the gorge show he was all over the place, really into it. Last night he was just kinda singing the words. It was still an alright show just not what I expected after the gorge show last year.

    There was a pretty bad ass drum off between danny and the drummer for king crimson during lateralus.

    I would have rather had the drummer from king crimson. Danny is the only reason to go see them; if you've seen them already, save your money.
