anyone like them?

i like parts of what i heard (half the album) but am being put off cuz i think its too slick and 'typical la rock band' sounding.

im a huge ja fan and of dave's solo album too..maybe thats why?

    i know very little about them, yet i bought tix to see them in baltimore on 1/20/07...

    only $15 per ticket

    i saw the video "teahouse of spirits" by the panic channel on dave navarro's myspace and the next day i bought tix :) i liked the song upon the first listen.
    so what the hell?

    I really wanted to like it. It was just too generic. Would it have been better if Perry sang on it? I think so.

    i bought this album expecting the worst but still got it cos of Dave Navarro and Stephen Perkins
    it surprised me alittle..it's pretty good despite being generic.
    maybe 1-3 tracks arent great but the rest are good to me.

    Same here, that's why I literally tossed this cd out the front door after one listen. Seriously. C'monnnn, Dave!

    I'm very open minded

    I've tried 3x to listen to the cd and I can't :(

    I mean I can't listen to the whole thing, it literally gives me a headache. I do like some of it though.

    Maybe they'll be better live. Let you know after saturday.

    they blasted me! Dave N. is amazing. I got lots of pix, I was in the third row, standing. Actually my husband is taller and he was behind me and took some pix.
