Free Dr. Pepper for Everyone?

A few months back, the Dr. Pepper company said they would give everyone in America a free can (of Dr. Pepper of course) if Guns n Roses release Chinese Democracy in 2008.
Sooo, since the album is scheduled to come out this November, does that mean free pop/do you think they will stick with it?

    Dr. Pepper, good old fashioned family fun. I really hope this happens. The best pop around, hands down.

    Well, they go bankrupt and they stop manufacturing it, and no more Dr. Pepper for anybody!
