NYC Vinyl Shops

I know there are several Vinyl shops scattered throughout Greenwich Village and around Greenpoint Avenue in Brooklyn, but does anyone have any favorites or perhaps are there a couple shops that stand out?

Also, anyone know of any stores in the city where you could find cool vintage clothing? Ie, old Pearl Jam shrits?

Any help would be great. Thanks
