PJ and System of a Down

I know this is probably old hat but I just realized that in Systems song Deer Dance they use the lyrics "We can't afford to be neutral on a moving train". I don't know why it took me this long to figure it out but it did.


Now I know Eddie didn't pen this but I just find it interesting none the less.
Thats a lovely accent you have. New Jersey?

    I am pretty sure it is a quote from Howard Zinn's book, "You Can't Be Neutral on a Moving Train." I know that that is where the lyrics from Down were from, not sure about SOAD.

    yep it's from Howard Zinn, the guys from SOAD are fans of his too.
