Multi-tracks for songs

So I'm quite nerdish like this, but I've discovered a shit load of multi-tracks for a load of great songs. For those who don't know, it's basically each individual instrument broken down into a seperate file, so you can listen to just the guitar for example, or the vocals.
They're all from the game "Rock Band" so there's some real gems, such as Black Hole Sun and Learn To Fly and Enter Sandman. There's Even Flow as well from Guitar Hero 3, I think.
It's really amazing to hear songs broken down like this, and the possibilty for remixes are endless. So if you're into this sort of thing, snap em up!

It's a Nine Inch Nails board.
You need a program called Audacity to open them, it's free and you can search for it on Google.
Enjoy.
