And by the adoptive dad in Juno........the scene when his wife is moaning about him being a failed musician and utters the cutting line "thats a stupid shirt."

I have an ancient original Lynryd Skynyrd American tour shirt that my brother gave me.Ive had for 25 years, not at all wearable now but its wrapped in tissue and in a case.It was worn throughout my youth.

i'd show you a picture of mine, but it's a mess.... the only thing holding it together is the silkscreening. all of the black fabric showing through has completely disintegrated (hehehe.... no pun intendend ;))

    it's very well loved. :)

    I WANT THAT!

My fiance has picked up some bad ass AIC shirts lately, from hot topic. The last one is the perfect one I always wanted when I was obsessed with them. So now I have 3 AIC shirts, 1 Led Zeppelin, 1 Pearl Jam, 1 Audioslave.

My Metallica - metal up your ass t-shirt from october 1988, the top hat, dun laoghaire, Dublin, Ireland. It was the and Justice for all tour, before they became a big boring arena band. The first gig I went to as well.

My 2 Godspeed You! Black Emperor shirts (Lift Yr Skinny Fists and Slow Riot for New Zero Kanada covers) and my Minor Threat, Fugazi and Big Black shirts.

I am rarely seen not wearing one of them.

I would wear that. In fact, I nearly bought one a while back. Decided I'd prefer a John Coltrane one but couldn't find one.

I still have my Bruce Sprinsteen shirt from 1978 and it still fits though I hardly ever wear it. Also my Crashious Roadside Pearl Jam hoodie from the 2006 tour.

civ_eng_girl I love your Cure shirt - it is so glam with Robert plastered on it like that.

I don't know how prized it is but I just realized I have a 1994 Phish East Coast Tour shirt that has never been worn.
  • I have an old school PJ shirt with a black and white picture of Mookie Blaylock on the front and the name Pearl Jam is on there about 8 times in purple text.

I also have an old Green River shirt. It's a white shirt with a picture of the band on the front and the back says "Ride the Fucking Six Pack" with a picture of a six pack of beer.

hahaha... thanks JaneNY! it is a pretty flashy tee... the back has a negative of the same image, with the tour dates in silver... sweet! :D
