i find it strange that radiohead will headline the first ever all points west festival TWO nights in a row. i got tix for saturday since i love the lineup.

do you think i should get tix for friday too? i only want them if they'll be playing a different setlist.

  • I'm sure they will play a different setlist. Most people get the multi-day passes to these festivals so if they play the same setlist that would be a slap in the face!

you find it strange that radiohead are headlining both nights? i don't. besides my humble, but very biased opinion that radiohead is the the best band in the world atm, all points is the closest theyre getting to playing NYC as of right now.(yeah yeah i know theres unconfirmed dates) and anyway who wants to finish a night falling asleep to jack johnson? ;):p:D

oh don't get me wrong im very happy they are playing both nights but i found it strange that they would headline two of the three nights for a brand new festival. i just bought my ticket for the friday show too because i know it will be awesome and i'd just regret it if i didnt.

and no im not going to the sunday show to see jack.

i should have mentioned that the reason i originally asked was because i saw setlists for two shows on liberty island from 98 and the setlists were almost the same. they just changed the order of some of the set and played a song or two difference.

i was at both shows in '01 at liberty state park and they were amazing
def go to both if you can
they don't mix it up like pj but it absolutely does not feel like the same show like with a lot of other artists
and the view of the skyline and lady liberty are incredible

Beavis: All my friends are brown and red? What does that mean?
Butthead: It means that his friends are like turds and that they like suck.
Beavis: Heh heh. Oh yeah. Yeah! Get those spoons out of my face before I shove them up your butt!
    Butthead: Huh huh.
