Local band that i just dont understand..

So this band from where I live (Staten Island) has been all over the club scene over here..

People are just going gaga over them, and I dont understand.

Personally, I think they suck.

If you are on this board, we at least share SOME common intrest in music.. so please give me your opinions on this:

    They sound pretty generic to me. Not particularly offensive.

    Count yourself lucky... This is my local band. They've just gone big over here in the UK with some bad The Jam rip-offs.

    Ive heard worse but I am not blown away either. Wouldnt go out of my way to listen to them.

    They sound like the kind of music they'd play over an action montage on 'The OC' or 'Smallville.' ;)
