I came to this theory buying 6 ben harper cd's today, reckoning back to Lolla and the VIC. Ben Harper looks cool with his headbands and his baggy dread/afro containment hats.

the KFC bucket BH had on the "reincarnated" Guns and roses way back after the whole band left was funny as heck.
Slash's hat has to get an HM too.
Guys from Gwar have some badass hats too.
The tinfoil metal group from American Idol was pretty sweet too.
