Most of these bands are from Minnesota but I have a few National bands here too. They can all be accessed through my myspace friends list...

All The Way Rider (Minnesota Rock)
Viva Death (Experamental Rock/Punk thing with ex members of Face To Face)
Strange Daze (Minnesota Rock from the biggest Eddie fan I know)
Jesse Lang (Bluesy, funky rock from Jonny Lang's Little sis)
Brittany Benjamin (acoustic rock)
MoeDell (Minnesota rock...awesome Blind Melon Cover)
Wannabe Hasbeens (Minnesota alternative band)
Atomship Down (The best drummer EVER!!! Experamental rock/metal)

    Hmm not sure i would call them artsy. They are kind of hard to describe huh.
    I think they punch you in the face too much to be artsy. I love them though whatever catogory they fall in!

    sorry, just never got into them...although they are talented Plus, they have enough exposure

    no specific albums, just an observation on the general style

    Jackson Analogue from the Isle of Wight, UK. I caught them at the Borderline in London a month ago, they rocked :D
