Basically a lot of rumors, I would think it's inevitable. Hope they hit Alpine Valley (although that obviously wouldn't be till next summer if they do reunite)

im a phan...the only news i heard is that letter on their website. hopefully they get back together although i do like the solo stuff mike has been working on.
the only thing i've heard is trey has been writing with.........fuck, i can't remember dude's name........but he's the guy he used to write with when writing phish songs. and trey had said all the new material has been exciting for him, but he's not sure if anything will come out of it (meaning the guys getting back together and playing again). i'm willing to bet they're back out on the road within 2-3 years.

Trey Anastasio is debuting a composition he co-wrote called "Time Turns Elastic" at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville September 27.
The former Phish front man collaborated with Orchestra Nashville Composer-In-Residence Don Hart. The piece will be conducted by Paul Gambill and will be performed by Orchestra Nashville. "Time Turns Elastic," which includes vocals and electric guitar, is expected to launch the auditorium's 2008-2009 season.
This isn't the first time Anastasio has worked with Hart. The two introduced a special set of material from Anastasio's album Seis de Mayo at Bonnaroo in 2004. "Time Turns Elastic" took about a year to compose.
"I've never come close to the collaboration I've had with Don Hart," Anastasio said in a statement. "A lot of work done on this piece is conceptual conversations. It's a true collaboration."
Tickets range from $25 to $45 and can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com.

As a huge fan I definitely think all four of those guys think about it on a regular basis. those guys are all amazing musicians in their own right but there is something out of this world that happens when they are all together on stage, they take musicianship to a whole other level.
I also think they don't want to end things they way did in Coventry. Anyone who was there will know what I mean. It was a mess, by far one of the worst performances I have seen by them. And coupled with them having to turn people away and the way that whole thing played out I def think they would give anything to do better than that.
I hope it is true, I will sell everything I own to get a ticket and get to where ever it is that I will need to get to.
I was taught a month ago to bide my time and take it slow, but then I learned just yesterday to rush and never waste a day. Now I'm convinced the whole day long that all I've learned is always wrong. Things are true that I forget, but no one taught that to me yet

And Trey said "At this point in time I would give my left nut to play [’You Enjoy Myself’] five times in a row every day.” I would give a nut to listen to that.
