I think Duran Duran's latest single, "Falling Down", from their new album "Red Carpet Massacre", is pretty decent. And I get a kick out of the Brittany / Lindsay comparisons in the video:

I also kinda like another sample, "Skin Divers". You can tell that they worked with Justin Timberlake & Timbaland on this CD. It seems, to me anyway, to be a good influence.
