How many people on the south are laughing at NY today...-

Seems that the south had the better problem...not enough people to sell out the fan club seats....

Good thing you northern people made fun of us, cause we are going to both Florida shows and not complaining about our computers, browsers, or computer tricks...

There is some moral about he who laughs last, but I can't recall exactly how it goes right now...

    I am certainly glad I didn't have to deal with all that crap to get my WPB tickets :D

    I am lauging my ass off at the morons. "The South sucks" "This is why they don't play the South" etc etc...


    At least we'll be attending shows and not standing outside the venue ticketless hoping to hear the band each time security opens the door to drag a drunk out.

    Ten Club members are not equally concentrated in all areas of the country.

    Ten Club tickets not selling out, does not necessarily mean the show won't.



    Although, I could honestly care less. But it's worth pointing out.

    yea because only members of the fan club want to see them. There is no such thing as your local average fair weathered fan? You know it all buddy, must be special.

    It's pretty sorry to rub it in the face of a fellow fan that is going through something incredibly frustrating. I would be punching holes in walls right now if there was a Dallas show that I could not get 10C tickets to. These people have every right to be pissed off today, let them vent for a while.

    Let's not start a civil war here.

    I would welcome any northern pj fans down to our shows. It is about the music. I feel the NYC folks' frustration.

    Am just glad I live in Florida right now, though.

    Well, you must admit it is kind of catastrophically hilarious and ironic how some of the "northeast people" were criticizing the "southerners" for not clogging up the servers, but right now are probably wishing it wasn't the case for them. Just the typical "last laugh" moral I would suppose. Ironic.

    However, in a more serious note, this North-South "hatred" or whatever you want to call it seems pretty idiotic to me. It's the 21st century ffs!

    I find most of the threads a bit insulting, unnecessarily so, and I am not even a true Southerner myself! (well, coming from the southernmost country in the world, maybe I am, lol).

    Why does everyone keep saying that about half-empty venues in the South? Ever listen to Nashville 03? Even Atlanta 03? Do they sound half-empty?

    This "we're the better fans" stuff is ridiculous. Why can't we just all be fans and enjoy the fact that we are getting shows and not bicker amongst ourselves because some people live in a different part of the US?

    let me preface this by saying i never partake in the south bashing threads. i couldn't care less. but the fact of the matter is, no one in the northeast actually wishes that the tickets would be this hard to get. we wish it would be just like the south. the reason people rag on the south is because they bitch and moan and litter the board with threads about how pearl jam doesn't play there and then they don't even sell out. whether it be by population density or whatever else, the north has way more PJ fans than the south and PJ knows it.

    West Palm has been sold out for 2 nights in past tours.. actually I am pretty sure so was Tampa so why do you think they wouldn't be now?
