A friend of mine's persuaded me to go with him to see Slipknot in December!

He's agreed to come along with me to see My Morning Jacket in Nov & Kings of Leon in Dec, so in return I said I'd go with him to see Slipknot & Stereophonics!!
Stereophonics I can handle. But not sure what to expect with Slipknot.

What can I expect?!! Is it all crazy people in masks or are there some fairly mild-mannered types that go see this band?!
I like their stage setup, it is pretty cool to watch....when I saw them at the mayhem festival, it wasn't as crazy as I would have imagined. But I have seen Slayer back in the day and Pantera in small clubs which were brutal
If a man speaks in a forest and there is no woman around to hear him, is he still wrong?

Hey Hallberstram, how the hell are ya?!

    Cheers for that Bateman.

I've heard Slioknot gigs can get hectic, especially in the standing areas!
Think we've got seats, so may be slightly safer!!
I sound like such a wimp!!!
