WHAT A SHOW

In addition to previously announced headliners Radiohead, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, and Jack Johson, the fest has added Beck, Wilco, Broken Social Scene, Black Mountain, Devendra Banhart, Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings, Bon Iver, Drive-By Truckers, Andrew Bird, M. Ward, Nellie McKay, Manu Chao, Regina Spektor, the Cool Kids, Two Gallants, the Coup, Steel Pulse, Lyrics Born, Cold War Kids, Café Tacuba, and both Little Brother and the Felice Brothers, who are apparently unrelated to each other.

The Jack Johnson fan in your life will be sated by appearances from Ben Harper, Widespread Panic, Primus and Galactic, while the Tom Petty contingent will get a boost from Steve "Higher Love" Winwood.

Great show but 3 day tickets are $233. Then there are the huge problems with transportation and lodging. For someone coming from Sacramento it's going to be a mess. A decent room costs $150 a night and you have to take buses and BART to get to the show. There's no camping and you can't bring in food. For my wife and I attend this thing it would cost us over a $1,000. I'm probably going to try and see Radiohead in LA, Seattle or San Diego. If you live in the city it's definitely worth seeing, if you live outside the city it's not worth the headache.
