Man, there are a lot songs that have made my cry or tear up over the years, mostly because of the association I have with the song.
For instance, I heard David Gray's "As I'm Leaving" earlier tonight. It made me tear up because it reminded me of first year and the various emotions, of course, boy-related, that I went through that year. Most of "Live on Two Legs' has that effect on me because of that year.
Recently, "Inside Job" made me cry without any sort of emotional attachment to the song. I suppose "Black" is another song that, without any emotional attachment, but purely relating to the song, makes me tear.
No time to be void or save up on life. You got to spend it all.
man of the hour, absolutely..there are others too, depending on my mood and frame of reference..some tears of joy, others sorrow. a joyous tune that has made me cry due to association....our wedding tune...you're the best thing by the style council.
Doesnt make me cry, but it makes me depressed and I get crazy mad goosebumps when Ben and the guy from cake sing the chorus together....even just thinking about it.

Agree.. Everybody Hurts is really sad :(
I think that "hurt" from NIN is also depressing. But like someone has said before it depends on your mood.
Another depressed and tragic album at the same time is scene from a memory by dream theater... If you haven´t listened to it I recommend it, the lyrics are really interesting.
" You, you are so special
You have the talent to
Make me feel like dirt
And you, you use your
Talent to dig me under
And cover me with dirt.."
