A little to jazzy to start, but picked up later in the night. Great cover of Turn on Your love light. The opener was Honeytribe, Devon Allman's band a must see, very good blues band.

A little jazzy is alright but with Greg Allman I want to hear the blues.I read Greg had a really rough time last year with hepatitis, did he seem healthy/strong.

He seemed healthy but walked with a bad limp. He sat at the keyboard most of the time. Only played 4 or 5 song on guitar.

I hope he didn't hit the road too soon.I found out today the Allman Brothers are going to do 10 shows starting March 9 at the Beacon to celebrate their 40th year. The author said Dickie Betts and Clapton may play which would be great.Hopefully Devon and Derek will jam with Eric, Warren, and Dickie.I hope to make it up to see at least one Beacon show.
