Rock n Roll Soldiers

Just a heads up...saw the Eugene band Rock n Roll Soliders this weekend with the Presidents of the United States of America, the Supersuckers, Everclear and others at a small vineyard outside of Eugene, and this band blew the others off the stage. Check em out. I think they've got a CD out mid June, major label (Columbia I think). Presidents were great, we left before Everclear (after running into Art hanging out with a particularly scuzzy group of, er, groupies) and also caught That One Guy's set. But the best band there, by far, was the Rock n Roll Soldiers. Reminded me a bit of the White Stripes, with a charismatic singer, some solid guitar, and a GREAT drummer.
