Believe me, when I was growin up, I thought the worst thing you could turn out to be was normal, So I say freaks in the most complementary way. Here's a song by a fellow freak - E.V
"I try my best to chug, stomp, weep, whisper, moan, wheeze, scat, blurt, rage, whine, and seduce. With my voice I can sound like a girl, the boogieman, a Theremin, a cherry bomb, a clown, a doctor, a murderer. I can be tribal. Ironic. Or disturbed. My voice is really my instrument."
1. The White Stripes - Icky Thump
2. Bruce Springsteen - Magic
3. Rooney - Calling The World

look me in the eye

i like the way you think. all of those will probably make my top 10.
im also currently being totally absorbed by the mess hall's sophmoric venture devils elbow. one of my fave live bands. their first album kinda disappointed me, it didnt seem to capture their live vibe, but this one is such a step up. tis a fuller, more mature sound from them. i am beyond thrilled with it.
hear my name
take a good look
this could be the day
hold my hand
lie beside me
i just need to say

Kings of Leon - Because of the Times.. every song is good or great and the band just exceeded every expectation.
Radiohead - In Rainbows.. another solid release...
The new Acid Mothers Temple record is great, but I still need to hear the new Afrirampo.
