who is the real Avril Lavigne??

I'm not a fan of her music and stuff...
But it seems...that I see 2 Avril LAvignes...

1- the "punk" rock girl
or
2- the superficial glam girl.

    I think you've just seen her mature personally, I don't think anybody is behind the scenes pulling the strings to what she looks like. She was super young when she broke into the mainstream and she's grown 4 years at least. So, that tends to be a period in peoples lives where they 'grow up'. We're the same age, I was much different at 17 than than now at 21.

    I think she does her own thing. She is into the punk look, and punk scene, and while some of her stuff is a bit / tries to be punk...she is not. Shes not posing or anything, I think she just plays what she wants, and while I am sure she loves fan support, I dont think shed be crushed if somebody said they didnt like her music / style (and I suppose that is punk)
    The only thing I enjoy is having no feelings....being numb rocks!

    actually, she does write her own music, and has helped write stuff for other bands.
