    How do you people relax to some of these songs... I mean... Crazy? Stairway? Floyd's Animals? If those are relaxing to you, you gotta be on some sort of uppers, man.


    Yo La Tengo's 'Green Arrow' is the perfect relaxation song.

    John Martyn's "One World" album does the job for me. It's produced by Lee Scratch Perry, who knows a thing or two about a groove.
