  • Amazing song

Literally makes me want to smash things

Reckon White Pony was the better album overall, but ATF had better individual songs on it:

    - BQ&D
    - MOS
    - ATF itself

    Awesome

I absolutely love the lead out of Mascara into Around the Fur, it just sounds so good.
If I could, think I would give in.

I remember watching the Poseidon Adventure (the old one), which this was around the time my brother and I had discovered the Deftones, and the phrase "Shove it, shove it" was quite popular amongst us saying things to each other, then in that movie, I think I remember a little boy saying, "Shove it, shove it" to someone, to which we both just looked at each other. Sorry, it was relevant in my brain because of the song..

The energy on around the fur is so intense... When I put that CD in my car, I can't stop singing / screaming. Awesome band.

Imo there's far more song variety in Around the Fur. The songs on White Pony sometimes tend to blend into one another.

... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

Fair assessment, but their first disc has its moments too.
