Why is Deftones' self-titled so underrated?

I think it's excellent.. as excellent as their others.

    I don't know why but i stopped listening to them after white pony... I love their first 3 albums so I don't see why I wouldn't lobve self-titled...
    i'll give it a listen

    Minerva and Hexagram are great tunes!, Deftones it's the best numetal force from numetal/hardcore/rapmetal years.....

    I love all their albums but think that saturday night wrist, the newest one is actually my favourite. Riviere, the song in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M8hvzXP_-0g is amazing.

    Would probably rate them in this order.

    SNW
    Around the Fur
    White Pony
    Adrenaline
    Deftones

    Love all their albums though as i said, chino moreno has an incredible voice. Like what he does with Team Sleep as well.
    People say im paranoid. Well, they dont say it, but i know that's what they are thinking.

    I love all their albums...The self-titled is pretty underrated though.
    Is it so wrong to think that love can keep us safe?

    Selftitled is their best album...together with White Pony.
