    I think it's legit if what the Pumpkins are saying is 100% fact. and that was indeed the contract agreement. So be it.. At least the pumpkins aren't getting censored!

    If it's true then it's admirable and bad form on Virgin.

    But Smashing Pumkins put the "p" in "pretentious" and someone should sue them for that and for making crap music.

    Doesn't sound like SP has much of a case. Doesn't sound like they have any case.
    Once in a while you can get shown the light, in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

    every thing Billy has done, with or without the Pumpkins, has been pretentious as hell ... since oh at least ... 1994.
