Probably not until 07. They've been recording for a while, but are soon to stop and go on UK and US tours. Probably won't get back into the studio to wrap it all up until Fall which means a Spring 07 release at the earliest.
Of course it is Radiohead, so nothing official is really know, but based on previous album recording times, Spring 07 seems most likely.
