'Crossroads' by Tracy Chapman

Does anyone know this song? I just heard it for the first time and it affected me deeply. My personal interpritation is a wonderful song about preserving your sense of self in a corrupt world full of greed and leaders/bosses who think they have all the answers. This song comforts me in a profound way like it's something i've been waiting to hear for 20 years and it's finally arrived to offer me some kind of release or empathy. I think a lot of people could relate to the sentiment behind the words.
