Anyone heard this song? I heard it the other day for the 1st time and its probably one of the best new songs I have heard in the past month or two.

Its totally different then anything Corey has done with Slipknot. I think the rest of the new album will be heavier then the 1st single though. The song Inhale from there first cd was a great song also.

Stone Sour is probably the best of an already established musicians side projects.

When not playing metal sounds on stages across the world perfecting the wall of caca sound, Corey Taylor retreats to Stone Sour when he plays quasi grunge/metal and includes a Goo Goo Dolls type ballad with each record.

He gets no flack for it from fans that say he sold out. It's pure genius.

I can't post the whole song - but my station has a one minute clip:

I'd say it's a decent song...nothing special IMO. But I don't change the station when it comes on the radio. ANd I must admit, when I hear it, I can't stop singing it in my head regardless of how hard I try.

How much is real, so much to question
And never dare make up the mannequins
    Contaminating everything
When thought came from the heart
It never did right from the start
    Just listen to the noises
    (No more sad voices)
    Before you tell yourself
    It's just a different scene
Remembering is just different form what you've seen

I'm looking at you through the glass
Don't know how much time has passed
All I know is that it feels like forever
When no one ever tells you that forever
Feels like home, sitting all alone inside your head

'Cause I'm looking at you through the glass
Don't know how much time has passed
And all I know is that it feels like forever
When no one ever tells you that forever
Feels like home, sitting all alone inside your head

    And it's the stars
The stars that shine for you
    And it's the stars
The stars that lie to you

I'm looking at you through the glass
Don't know how much time has passed
Oh God it feels like forever
But no one ever tells you that forever
Feels like home, sitting all alone insede your head

'Cause I'm looking at you through the glass
Don't know how much time has passed
All I know it feels like forever
But no one ever tells you that forever
Feels like home, sitting all alone inside your head

    And it's the stars
The stars that shine for you
    And it's the stars
The stars that lie to you
    And it's the stars
The stars that shine for you
    And it's the stars
The stars that lie to you
Had my eyes peeled both wide open, and I got a glimpse
Of my innocence... got back my inner sense...
