Any love for this band? Fellow Seattle band? Anything? I'm not a mega huge fan of theirs but always thought they had their sound together.
I love to turn you on

i was a big fan of their earliers stuff... they lost me after Empire... One of my favorite albums of all time is Operation Mindcrime... it is simply INCREDIBLE!!!
the 3 albums they had before (one was an EP) were great as well. The Warning, Rage for Order and the Queensryche EP were all VERY WELL DONE!!

Me too. Big fan in the 90s, but they lost me after Promised Land. I thought that was their last good album. I bought Hear in the Now Frontier and thought it was incredible boring. Haven't kept up with them since.

  • Operation Mindcrime II has a few good songs, but in general is a disappointment.

I loved the original Mindcrime, Empire, and Promised Land.
It is time to admit that we used to rock like hurricanes. It is time to run for the hills and go round and round. It is time for us to shout at the devil. We've got the right to choose it, there ain't no way we'll lose it, and we're not gonna take it anymore.
