    three simple letters

    G...

    N...

    R...

I'm so sorry for even suggesting that
Hello, I love you. Won't you tell me your name?
  • I'd say the Dead. Think about it, they started their own culture, and its still around today. The jam band scene (and its pretty big) wouldnot be what it is had the Dead not paved the way.

well, phish is a band that came about because of the grateful dead...so, not phish. third day is christian realism and hopefulness, but not REAL...you have to assume that realism refers that which embodies something to which we can all relate. pearl jam can be polarizing for some people...more for the between the song banter than the music...but, realism, like i said, cannot ignore a certain way of thought...so, we end, where it all began (in terms of the bands listed above) with the grateful dead and the most real.
    I'll dig a tunnel
    from my window to yours
  • Well they all suck except for Pearl Jam. So Pearl Jam is the most real. Whatever the hell that means.
