Can this thread be archived/retired?
I think the band gets the point of all the posts in this thread and will consider everyone's views, opinions, wishes, etc. when they plan a future tour.
For your consideration.
Thank you.
s
have a pint and repeat after me:
May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
with joy that long endures.
May all life's passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!
and then have another pint-then this thread won't bother so much.
peace.“It’s the idea that people living close to nature tend to be noble. It’s seeing all those sunsets that does it. You can’t watch a sunset and then go off and set fire to your neighbor’s tepee. Living close to nature is wonderful for your mental health.”

I'm pretty sure it was during the Tampa '03 show that Ed made a reference to visiting friends and family in the area, suggesting it was mostly Mike's relations. I'd have to go back to the bootleg to verify...
Mike was born in Pensacola, I do believe.

You went to the Atlanta concert in 1992? Wow! Tell us a little about that. I'd love to know what you can recall of it.
My first was Memphis in '94. I had some pretty terrible seats, but the energy was AMAZING. Ed slid in a couple of Elvis references and they did Baba O'Riley in the encore.

I was just out of college and moved to ATL that summer. It was Lolla. at Lakewood/Bestbuy. I think they played around 10 songs. I could not get out of work to see them at the Fox in 94. I still regret not being able to catch either of those shows.Atlanta 92

Ahh say, Ahh say sir I love that show (family guy). I love how a character named Brianis the voice of reason on the show. I thought it was very unfair that he was sent outside on a leash tied to "Meg's Pole".
