  • Are Rogers singing difficulties sorted out? Great news, if they are!
I've got to admit, it's getting better.

I saw them in Oklahoma city on March 23rd after days of speculating weather the show was going to happen or get cancelled. The show went ahead, and although I was worried the show was going to no be up to par, all my worries were laid to rest. The show was fantastic! It was their first show in OKC in 31 years, and the new material was real light. They did throw in "the kids are alright" which was nice, cause they didn't play that in Dallas back in November when we saw them. The crowd was great. Rogers voice did sound a tad hoarse (well it cracked) as he was talking to the crowd between songs once, but the performance was great. They tagged a bit of Naked eye into my Generation near the end making it like 8 minutes long. Rog nailed the scream in "Won't get fooled again" which ensured his voice was fine for the show. I'm glad we went. We would do it again if we had the opportunity. OKC has really changed since I have last been there. Had some homemade Beers down at the brewery a few blocks from ford center, and after the show there was more tailgating and partying celebrating the who's return to Oklahoma city.
