EV tickets vs. PJ tickets

Think the announcement of a full blown North America PJ tour will cause the prices of EV tickets to plummet?

Also, if you are attending or planning to attend an EV show soon will a full PJ tour announcement make you think twice about purchasing EV tickets or make you think about selling your EV tickets?

I'll go first. I have tickets to both Berkeley shows and even if PJ plays ten straight days in the Bay Area I will attend Ed's shows.

    how will it cause ed's prices to plummet?? send out "refund" checks like the federal gov't??

    but im dying to see Ed solo. Please do a Toronto solo date!!!!!!!!! This is no way should like i don't appreciate the band. I love the band they are my most favourite bestest band ever.

    I am from Toronto and heading out to California for 3 EV shows...even if the announcement was Ed playing Massey Hall in town (which is about 10 mins from my front door) or the full band opening the 08' tour with a 2 night home stand at the Air Canada Centre (which I am not counting on actually happening :( ), I wouldn't consider not taking the trip - once in a lifetime chance to see one of the most talented musicians in the world in some beautiful theatres, I can't wait...that said, it would have been nice not to have been raped by Stubhub to get my tickets to the Wiltern night 2.

    I'm headed out to Seattle and Vancouver within 10 days for 6 concerts and a ballgame in 7 days, capped by Ed Ved in Vancouver. Whether PJ tours or more EV shows are added, I wouldn't give up my holiday for anything. Just like I won't give up Bonnaroo in June in order to hit more dates. For me, it's always what can I do in addition to , not instead of. I love the music , the scene and the friendships and acquaintances too much to ever cheat myself.

    I think that a full band tour could affect Bonnaroo. Doubt it'll do anything to the solo dates.
