What is everyone's take on the newest Neil Diamond album. It was a collaboration with Rick Rubin who seems to have the Midas touch. I feel that the album is very strong yet very simple. I like the broken down feeling and honesty of the record. Neil's voice is still in good shape. I've never been a big fan of Neil's work. Everyone knows his songs but I've never really tried to get into him. My parents are big fans and I know all the classics. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this one lived up to they hype. I enjoyed it. My favorite tracks are Hell Yeah and Evermore. What are your thoughts?
I wish I was as fortunate, as fortunate as me.

I tell him how much I used to love watch him smile
See I haven't seen him smile in a little while
Haven't seen him smile in a little while
But, I know you're laughing from the inside out."
