Not such a bad top 30 so far though... three of my favourite bands are on there anyway (Pearl Jam, RATM and Soundgarden) so i'm happy

Bon Jovi and Guns 'N Roses will top this guy's list. If they haven't shown up already, I just skimmed earlier.
Yep, and the Floyd, and The Beatles. Arguably the UK could even claim Hendrix on a technicality too, for Jimi had to go to London in September 1966 to make it in his own right.
