Just wondering if there are any fans out there?
I've seen a lot of love on these boards for bands such as Alice In Chains and Soundgarden, but what about FNM?
I've just been listening to The Real Thing, and I remembered why it's one of my all time favourite albums. It has rocking tracks like From Out Of Nowhere and Surprise! You're dead, the classic that is Epic, a fantastic cover of War Pigs, a wonderful instrumental track in Woodpecker From Mars, and huge epic tracks such as Zombie Eaters and The Real Thing. I really could not ask for more.
I'd also rant on about Angel Dust, but I haven't just listened to that.
If anyone has love for this band, let me know here, as I'm not hearing enough!

But for all the love you posted... I'll give them a listen
You're very reliable for good bands!

I'm still missing a few albums of mine that were stolen. That totally sucks man.
But Angel Dust and The Real Thing are two albums you should not be without!

We've talked about putting together a Faith No More cover band in the Dallas area...all we'd need is a keyboard player. Anybody in the Dallas/Fort Worth area play keyboards who'd be interested?
Before Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, etc... there was Faith No More. Still listen to them to this day (and anything else that Mike Patton does)
Did you get into Mr. Bungle, my brother has some of their stuff, pretty screwed up shit... not that thats bad
Yeah I have some Mr. Bungle stuff, aswell some Fantomas, and some Tomahawk material too.
Mr Bungle are pretty good, Fantomas scared me a bit but I did like it, just might need a few more listens on that one, and Tomahawk are pretty cool.
But my favourite Mike Patton fronted band is and always will be Faith No More!

Rockin' out to Creadles
my fav. record is 'king for a day, fool for a lifetime'.
"Get Out," "Ricochet," "Cuckoo for Caca," "Digging the Grave," "The Last to Know", "Evidence" and of course "Caralho Voador" in good and crystal portuguese...

'Too many people on this earth. We need a new plague.' - Dwight Schrute
I have the 'best of' set called "Who cares a lot?"
"A Small Victory" is one of my all time favorite songs
we sit around and wonder exactly why our marriage should feel threatened by gay marriage
Sadly FNM will probably never get back together. Bungle is also pretty much done because Patton and Spruance seem to really dislike each other.
I agree, The Real thing is a great record, my favorite FNM album ... But you really should give Angel Dust a listen too, even though this album is the least "heavy" of all their albums. I don't know "King for a day, fool for a lifetime" and "Album of the Year" too well nor the Mr. Bungle or other projects of Patton ...
the bad idea or me befallen by it?

They have been in Brazil for 3 times.
And as Mike is a Sepultura friend, he speaks pretty good portuguese.
He made an apperance in Sepultura show once.
Last year I saw Fantomas. It's a great band but very very strange sound.
Where I'm not ugly and you're lookin' at me
Just noticed these up again. Picked up a gold one a while ago. Nice piece to crank to upset the family.
