I just read somewhere that Pink Floyd are to reform for a two week stint at the Albert hall in London.Dave Gilmore and Roger Waters are apparently speaking again after they stole the show at live 8.

Now,Pink Floyd and Pearl Jam sharing a stage. That would top any gig!!
Hello, is there anybody in there?

After live8, they gave an interview saying that they were not getting back together and that was a one off thing. But hey, maybe things changed and hopefully they'll make a DVD for it :D

    Got the source?

    I dont think its true.

David released a statement when he annouced his upcoming tour that
"this is the only band I plan on playing with"

I just dont think its going to happen.

That being said, the promoters were able to get cream back together for the right $$$.
who knows, but based on Gilmour's recent press releases, it aint happening

Roger was pretty vocal about not wanting to do it. He basically said that he and David have too many differences on a personal and musical level. He used really strong language in expressing this feeling. He never liked any of the post waters floyd which i tend to agree with. anyway, id be shocked but the almighty dollar, er, pound talks.

In the past Gilmour and Waters didnt see eye to eye, but lately it seems they are gettin along better. But still, David is touring to support his solo album. Since Live 8 he has been completely against a reunion. Live 8 seemed to not phase Waters but in an interview since he said he thinks a full reunion would be great fun. Who knows? Part of me says I couldnt be that lucky but I did get to see Page and Plant so who knows.
