News on IRELANDS RTE 2 FM comfirming metallica playing the RDS on JUNE11.
Now PJ get your finger out and get touring!!!!

    saw them at rds with linken park and the darkness the same year the chilis played slane. awesome show!...with the wicklow mountains in the background...they wouldn't play whiskey in the jar, though, although the crowd was chanting for it. they said they'd play it next time. good reason to come back to the beautiful island! :D

    Yeah!they've been faithful to this wee place.I saw them about ,I think it was 1995(could be wrong,I was seein' a lotta bands before I got married).That was the RDS as well,Brilliant.
