Love Moist...seen them a few times in concert......really good shows

Not a big fan of David Usher solo though.

Ah...I remember Moist. I love 'em. Man...they've been on hiatus for quite some time now. But David's solo works has been great too. :) Little Songs is my fave among his records. His new album is really great as well.

If anyone's interested, you can hear streaming audios of some of his new tunes at his website...

His new album, strange birds is pretty solid. Alot more upbeat then If god had curves.
  • We've had a handful of nice threads about David Usher/Moist. Great music, though some of David's solo work is a little too soft for me. Overall, I really enjoy it and can't wait for the new album to arrive at my doorstep!

Good to hear. I was still contemplating whether or not to order the new album. I loved moist but I also liked the solo stuff up to now. Never managed to see him live though.

Saw Moist at Reading Festival, must have been '95/'96 they were pretty cool so I bought their cd 'Silver' and I've never heard anything about them since. Can anyone recommend any other good albums by them?

The other albums are called Creature and Mercedes Five And Dime (there's a Canadian and an international version - the international contains a new version of 'Push'). There's also a Greatest Hits called Machine Punch Through. My favorite is still Creature, I absolutely love that album.
