Jail Break is still a great album. Although, I do love Johnny the Fox.

True story ... 29 years ago today (10/21/77,) I saw them at the Tower Theatre and Phil Lynott commented from the stage about my Creem Magazine Boy Howdy t-shirt. I wore it to every concert for years and it was the first time anyone ever noticed it.

  • you cant go wrong with Live and Dangerous;)
all the best albums were made between 1975 and 1979
    Fighting
    Jailbreak
    Johnny the Fox
    Bad Reputation
    Live and Dangerous
    Black Rose
Before and after these times the albums are all a bit patchy but Thunder and Lightning was a great final album and Vagabonds was the best with Eric Bell.Bad Reputation and Black Rose are my 2 faves;)
    Cornell pwns u
  • MetalGod75 pretty much said it. Also, "Dedication - The best of Thin Lizzy" is a pretty good over-view of the band from '73 to '90.
