Chad Kroeger has an extra mic set up behind the drummer. What a putz
“I know this song so well, I can smoke a cigarette, have a drink, brush my teeth, take a shit, and mow the lawn while singing it. But I'll only be doing a couple of those things during this version.”
this comment made me throw up"
WOW I really enjoyed that reminded me of the great era... and Chad reminded me a little of Layne in his singing which I loved especially the yeah at the end... amazin!

Kroeger's vocals were vile. He shouted like a moron.
Jerry did sound great on the opening verse though, which furthers my opinion that he should have carried AICs lead vocals since they reformed. No disrespect to Duvall but I find a replacement for Layne disrespectful. It straight up nearly made me cry when I saw Layne's name under "former members" on wikipedia. I'm happy for those that have seen them and dug them with William but it would just make me too sad I think.
The Junkhead video is, as it is every time I see it, wonderful.
"I remember one night at Muzdalifa with nothing but the sky overhead, I lay awake amid sleeping Muslim brothers and I learned that pilgrims from every land — every colour, and class, and rank; high officials and the beggar alike — all snored in the same language"
