This dude on spin.com...

Ok, because I saw he posted something on this board, I wont say the things I was gonna say about him or use the names I was gonna use for him, but I was looking for his thing for Bonnaroo and he called All Night, "new song". There are hundreds of people on this board who would have killed to be in this guys shoes, this supposed huge fan, and he doesnt even know all their songs. AHHHHHH!!!!
words seem so out of place.

    I dont know it either and i am a legend.
    For me i want the hits lots of the last record and release anywhere is good.

    oh yeah, well i've seen Pearl Jam 182 times total, 12 times this tour, and 16 times in 2008. my favorite song is last kiss, eddies lyrics are so amazing!

    I've heard the song but I probably would not have remembered what it was. I don't blame Zack, he's probably kicking himself right now over it.

    but the music was different from the record and i needed a title pretty quickly

    I agree 100% with this guy. Hell, at The Vic last year there were a couple of songs I had to figure out in a minute or so (Education, Undone, Rats) because they were so far off what I was expecting to hear---and never thought I would hear. Besides, none of us can say tha it isn't unlike our favorite band to rework songs live and make them different from the studio version.

    Speaking of Zack though...does anyone know which new EV shit he has fifty copies of and distributing through the tour?

    I'm guessing it was a new song to 98% of the people at Roo. I say give the guy a break. And it's not like he's travelling with the Spin fact checkers (if they even have those).

    Actually, I think if you watch it again, you'll hear him say that they played it for the first time ever, not that it was a new song.

    Awesome, even though WHo You Are's groove is irresistable live, I love this post. I am glad I am not the only one who likes the hits live. Play All Night instead of Go is acceptable, but I'd of chose to hear Go. And Last Exit.
